Where We Started
Our company was founded in the heartland of furniture, Lenoir, NC. We grew up in and around the furniture industry and developed a passion for everything woodworking. Our business was started in the basement and we have grown together with each of our customers that we are so very thankful for. We work with DIYers and large furniture companies alike. Customer service is our speciality and satisfaction is our guarantee.
Our Legs
Farmhouse table, island, and bench legs were the first pieces in our product line. We continue to specialize in these but have expanded our offering to include modern legs, metal legs, pedestal bases, and even lumber kits too. We are continuously updating our capabilities to bring even more table leg styles and custom options to our customers. We take great pride in the fact that our furniture legs will be used on custom pieces that will be handed down and gathered around for generations.
The Process
Everything we do starts with a rough pack of lumber. We purchase every board from local sawmills that cut sustainably sourced wood. Each board is inspected and defected to yield the highest quality product and with the least amount of waste possible. We rip, chop, and glue all of our lumber to produce the squares that we turn.
Our lathe operators have years of experience at their craft and have the ability to turn a clean and consistent product over and over. After the leg is turned, we sand and inspect it and pack it as securely as we can. We take extra care so that no sanding or prep work is necessary on our unfinished legs. Our goal is to have the best possible product reach our customers doorstep in the shortest time.
